Welcome to Physical Education at MacArthur Jr High! Every class will spend weekly time weight lifting, playing team games and enjoying other fitness activities. Our typical class (90 minutes) has the following set up: 15: Dress Out and Warm Up in Fitness Lines with Stretching and Calisthenics 30: Weight Lifting 5: Water Break 30: Team Game* 10: Dress Out and Cool Down*Students will participate in two different team games per week based on their class schedule (T/TH and W/F) *INCLEMENT WEATHER LESSON PLANS ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE!*ALL OF MY CLASSES WILL MEET IN THE new practice gym

Also my 2nd and 4th period classes will group up and come up with their own games. THey will make up the rules and demonstrate the game to the class. This will take place after christmas break.
